At Shreyaraa.in, all products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following policy, subject to applicable Indian consumer laws.
NO RETURNS
Once an order has been delivered, products are generally non-returnable, except where a remedy is required for a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product under applicable law.
NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for:
Size or fit issues
Colour preferences or minor colour variations
Change of mind
Personal preference
Ordering an incorrect size or product
Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart, measurements, fabric details, and product description before ordering.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Unboxing / Opening Video Required
To help us verify claims, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.
The video should clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, complete opening process, product received, and the claimed damage/defect/incorrect item. The video should be continuous and unedited.
Please send the unboxing video, relevant photographs, order number, and details of the issue to shreyaraa1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted where we are unable to reasonably verify the issue.
Resolution
Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, Shreyaraa.in will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other applicable remedy.
Where a replacement is approved, the original product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
