1. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or device resolution.
For handloom, handwoven, hand-printed, embroidered, and handcrafted products, minor variations in weave, colour, print, texture, threadwork, or finish are natural characteristics and may not be considered defects.
2. Size & Fit
Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart, measurements, product description, and other details before placing an order.
Fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, pattern, and individual body measurements.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Shreyaraa.in.
Prices, discounts, offers, product descriptions, and availability may be changed at any time.
For prepaid orders, full payment must be successfully completed at checkout. An order will be processed only after successful confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Where applicable, amounts already paid will be refunded according to our refund process.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by Shreyaraa.in are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, regional restrictions, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to a third-party courier partner, delays caused solely by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number while placing an order.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders generally cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or processed for dispatch.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation will be possible once processing has begun.
6. No Return / No Exchange Policy
We generally follow a No Return / No Exchange Policy once a product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims will be reviewed and verified by our team before an appropriate resolution is provided.
This policy does not restrict any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable Indian consumer law.
7. Opening / Unboxing Video – Important
Customers are strongly requested to record a clear, continuous opening/unboxing video when receiving and opening their Shreyaraa parcel.
For claims involving damage, missing items, incorrect products, or other delivery-related issues, the opening video should preferably:
Start before the parcel is opened.
Clearly show the sealed outer package and shipping label.
Show the parcel being opened continuously.
Clearly show all products received.
Clearly capture the claimed damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product.
Be continuous and unedited, wherever reasonably possible.
The opening video, supporting photographs, order number, and details of the issue should be sent to shreyaraa1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
The opening video helps us verify claims quickly. Where a video is unavailable, we may request other reasonable evidence necessary to verify the issue. Claims will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
8. Refunds / Replacements for Approved Claims
If a claim is verified and approved, Shreyaraa.in may provide an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
9. Offers, Discounts & Coupons
Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, and sale prices may be subject to separate conditions, validity periods, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or availability.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, multiple offers or coupon codes cannot be combined.
Shreyaraa.in reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The Shreyaraa name, logo, original photographs, graphics, website content, promotional creatives, and original designs displayed on Shreyaraa.in are owned by or licensed to Shreyaraa, as applicable.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use of protected content is prohibited and may result in appropriate legal action.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use our content or services for unlawful purposes.
